Not connecting

Im working in a restaurant and my boss want to use trello app to manage things quickly.

he send me a link to have a one working space. But this link is just not working, its always in loading mode. I tried to disconnect the app. Delete app and put it again. Use another email… nothing working.

he tried to add my email to add me, also not working.

Hi! Since the app is stuck loading, the first thing I'd suggest is to try opening that link in a web browser (on a computer or your phone's browser) instead of the app. This usually helps bypass app-specific sync issues.

If it still doesn't work in the browser, there are two likely reasons:

The 10-member limit: If your boss is using the free version of Trello, he can only have 10 people in that workspace. If you're number 11, the invite won't go through.

Email confirmation: Make sure you've confirmed your email address in your Trello account settings. Sometimes Trello blocks invites for unconfirmed accounts.

Try the browser first—if it works there, you can just log back into the app and the workspace should appear!
