Not able to getting in to my account...

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I try to login to my account in Trello. I then have to enter the code from the Authentication app - but I do not have Trello there, nor do I have the emegency code. When trying to retrive the code I - of course - must be logged in, which is not possible. 
And - it is also not possible to address the issue to satff, since there are no forms och addresses to support directly...
What to do?

Hi Hakan, welcome to the community!

I checked our records but it seems your account has not 2FA set and I see some recent activities. It looks like you were able to log in to your account. :)

Just in case, you can refer to this documentation to remove 2FA in a situation you don't have the authentication app or code.
