Not able to add new member to workspace

Hi, I've just made an account for a new business. I would like to add members to the workspace/boards but it doesn't work. I've tried invitations and links (immediate deactivated). The workpace has no restrictions. The person I would like to add has an active account. What options do I have?

Sometimes if too many invitations are sent at the sam time, it can trigger spam protection. Could you please try again and see if it is working now?
