Not Possible to Contact Customer Service to request refund within 30 days for accidental add of user

I was setting up a shared workspace for the first time ever. New to service and no real instructions and somehow added a user. I can't contact you at all there is no submit button on your ticket page. Trust me I have tried for hours including other browsers.

I want to put this person back down to the free access and get a refund have been trying since the charge came through this morning to figure out what I accidentally did.

I see on your facebook this has been an issue for months. Wish I would have seen it sooner before I put my credit card info into your system. Please help me. I am a small business and can't afford this extra charge that was not intended. No buttons show up if I select anything from the drop down. I also put my invoice number into that box and it said it didn't recognize it.

Your question is already marked to be reviewed by an Atlassian team member. However, you should contact Support asap and explain your issue from a technical perspective, so they can escalate and resolve it in a timely manner. I suggest you log it as a technical issue if the billing support request is not working correctly.
