I was setting up a shared workspace for the first time ever. New to service and no real instructions and somehow added a user. I can't contact you at all there is no submit button on your ticket page. Trust me I have tried for hours including other browsers.
I want to put this person back down to the free access and get a refund have been trying since the charge came through this morning to figure out what I accidentally did.
I see on your facebook this has been an issue for months. Wish I would have seen it sooner before I put my credit card info into your system. Please help me. I am a small business and can't afford this extra charge that was not intended. No buttons show up if I select anything from the drop down. I also put my invoice number into that box and it said it didn't recognize it.
