Email notification only gives me three alternatives: never, every hour or instantaneously. I would like to receive a summary email every 9am with all the activities due on that day and the next day, maybe in 7 days too (a week), but only really these three ways?
Push notification is not good on mobile as it is spam, it appears from all items.
@Pedro Pessatto in general the notifications are too voluminous out of the box for Trello, but this can be resolved by unwatching any card you're added to. That way you only get notified about being added to a card, mentioned and removed. My Benko Board library does this:
As for summary of things due, I take the view that you're better off using "task shortlisting" than due dates for priority, I summarised that approach here:
