Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I used a work email to subscribe to Premium, which I no longer have access to. Any time I try to login, it sends a code to an email I can't access. I had to use a personal account to even get access to any kind of support.

How to I amend the email on an account without logging in to it? Or at least, cancel my premium subscription?
