I can't get email notifications to work despite changing the settings to "Instant". All users on the board are signed up using our organisation's email domain. I am able to receive the test notification, which would indicate it's not related to our email firewall. I had no issues at my old company, so I can't work out what the issue is.
Hi @Kat Lin
I just had a check on our email logs and see a bounce after delivery with the status "engagement".
I checked and could not see any blocks on the email from our end.
Could you please check your spam folder to see if the message may have ended up there? If it's not in your spam folder, you may need to contact your network administrators to see if the mail message is being blocked at the network level.
For more details, check out our article on not receiving confirmation emails or password reset emails: https://help.trello.com/article/716-not-receiving-confirmation-emails-or-password-reset-emails
We’d also suggest reaching out to the person who manages your email server and asking them if it’s possible to add Trello's dedicated IP addresses:
* 192.174.81.100
* 192.174.81.108
* 192.174.81.111
* 192.174.81.122
* 192.174.81.123
* 192.174.81.99
Only emails coming from Trello will be sent from them.
Please let us know if you have any other questions—we'll be happy to help.
