Our original administrator has left the two boards we have for a project. We now have no administrator on the boards, so no members can be deleted by anyone. We need to do this urgently as we cannot add new ones. How do I solve this problem? How can I become the new administrator?
If you're stuck without an admin, the quickest fix is to start a free trial of Trello Premium at trello.com/free-trial. This will give you admin rights on the Workspace, letting you manage c collaborators and make yourself an admin on any boards necessary. Once you're all set, you'll downgrade back to the free plan at the end of 14 days. Hope that helps!
Sorry, I'm not talking about boards, but about "Arbeitsbereiche" (working space). The respective boards are not a problem, I have on all of them admin rights.
