Newbie here need help

My partner is unable to interact with me on a card that I created. Do we have to "invite" each other everytime we make a new task card, even though we are both part of the team I setup in the entire account? Confused.  Also, I was watching a trello help video and the menu to add a member to a card is not showing up in my menu, so I cant assign tasks? Please help TIA!

Welcome to the community!

You don't have to invite any users multiple times to access the board!

The best way to collaborate is to create a team and invite all the users you want to collaborate with and then create the board so that all the users invited to the team can access all the boards available!

If you already have a board then move the board to that team where you have invited the users you want to collaborate!
