New Staff Trello User, No Beta Opt in Option

We have a new staff member that we just set up on trello. We all utilize Beta and need her to also be on it to utilize the functions. On her new account, there is no option for her to add or opt in to the Beta. Any options here in regard to getting her set up?

If she is on the Beta we will stick with the Beta! When she was accessing the account yesterday, we were having some issues with the salesforce integration allowing her to see all the data on the board. She is just seeing links right now rather than the dynamic cards. When I looked to make sure the "beta" box at the top was there, it wasn't.

Any ideas on how to get her up to utilizing the full capabilities of the Salesforce data/cards?

New accounts are now directly with the new interface so she should be able to have access now! 

About the salesforce i can't think about nothing other than some videos made by users about it, maybe that can help.

Could you please provide the username for this user? The update is being rolled out in phases, so it might take some time for this user to receive it. I will check internally to see if we can estimate how long it might take

Checking on the system I can see that this user is already with the personal producvity on her account, did I misunderstood and you want her to be able to exit the beta?
