Need help recovering a closed Trello board after account deactivation

Hello everyone,

I need help regarding one of my Trello boards.

The board is called “Soluzioni Vacanze” and it is currently closed. When I try to access it, I see the message:

“You are not an admin of this board and cannot reopen it.”

Here is the situation:

• The board was originally created under my old Trello account: valentinaamico@yahoo.it.

• I received an email from Trello saying that this account would be deleted on August 3, 2025 due to inactivity.

• Unfortunately, when I tried to log in after that date, Trello asked me to create a new account with that email, as if the old one no longer existed.

• Now, I can only see the board as a closed personal board, but I am not listed as an administrator, so I cannot reopen it.

This board contains very important notes and materials for my work.

👉 My request:

1. Is there any way to recover the “Soluzioni Vacanze” board that was linked to the old account?

2. If recovery is possible, can it be transferred to my current Trello account (email: info@soluzionivacanze.com) where I am active now?
