Need help on disabling legacy 2FA

I have a Trello account with legacy 2FA enabled. Even I have enabled Atlassian's 2FA, when logging into Trello it still prompts me the legacy 2FA. How can I disable that and always use Atlassian's one?

Note that the account is a free account so I cannot open any support ticket on the Atlassian support site.

I've started the process to remove legacy 2FA from your account. You should soon receive an email notifying you that the recovery process has begun.

After a 24-hour (security delay), you'll receive a second email with a link to recover your account.The recovery link in the second email will expire in 12 hours. Please click the link and enter your password to disable two-step verification.
