I can't access my Trello account. I do not have the authenticator app on my phone anymore and I lost my recovery key.
I tried following the steps here: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/login-issues-related-to-two-step-verification/
In section: Your emergency recovery key doesn't work or you've lost it
But when I get to the recovery code screen, I don't see the "Can't find your recovery key?" option. All I have is the "Use your phone" option. Which I can't use because I don't have the authenticator app anymore.
What can I do to fix this? I had to create a new account using a different email to just submit this question. I don't know where to turn.
Did you select Can't use your phone? at the bottom of the page?
