Hello Atlassian Community team,
I need help regaining admin access to a Trello board that is currently owned by a deactivated account (a former employee). I am on the same workspace and can view the board, but I cannot reopen an archived card because there is no active admin.
Details:

The original board owner is no longer with the company, and their Trello account has been deactivated. This is blocking urgent work because the card contains active tasks we need to continue.
Request:
1. Transfer board admin rights to my account.
2. Reopen the archived card linked above.
I understand we’re on the free plan, but I’ve seen Atlassian staff escalate similar cases from this forum to a private support ticket to verify ownership and help restore access.
I’m happy to provide proof of company affiliation or any other verification needed.
