Hi Guillermo,

I checked our mail servers, and the emails are arriving in your mailbox. It might be related to how you handle notifications.

This article contains details on how notifications work with Trello: https://help.trello.com/article/799-watching-cards-lists-and-boards

But to sum up: To receive notifications of certain actions on a card, you must be watching the card, list, or board where the card is or you have to be a member of the card in question.

You can't forget to set a reminder if you want to receive a notification for a due date. You'll have the reminder option on the same place you set the due date.

You won't receive a notification for the actions you made, for example moving a card won't trigger a notification for you, as you were the user who performed the operation,

Also, you need to be settled to receive notifications through email, to see, go to https://trello.com/your/account and make sure your email notifications are sent "instantly".

For mobile, there is another set of notification controls that you can use. This will allow you to control what types of notifications you want to receive on your mobile phone: https://help.trello.com/article/1195-push-notification-settings-for-mobile
