I've added new cards to my list on my computer, however it is not showing up on my phone. I've been using Trello for over a year, and this had never been a problem until the past week.

I would suggest checking and seeing if they are showing up in the web browser. This can help you determine if the phone or the computers app is syncing slowly or not at all. After you know which app is not syncing you can see if logging out and back in fixes the issue.

Oh.. on my computer, I use the web browser. I didn't download a computer app. Maybe that's the issue?
I've logged out of both several times before and unfortunately hasn't solved it.
I've also cleared the cache several times.

@Rachael Angelese So I want to make sure I have the order of operations correct. You make a change in the web browser on a Trello board. you then check you phone on the Trello app and you are not seeing the changes on the board.
Is that correct? If yes, are you able to see the board at all on your phone?

Yes, that's correct - although I'm realizing now, it is saving the changes of content in the cards (from entering in web browser) over to the phone - but it is not saving the changes of the order of cards on one particular list (the first list) - if I move a card up or down the list.
Now upon testing more, and playing around with this, there were several cards that were out of order (computer vs phone) and so I moved them around on my computer - and they eventually did go into the right order.
It seems there were just several cards that were stuck. Right now it is working! They're moving at the same time. Mmm.
