My entire Trello workspace was deleted - it is [email removed]

My entire Trello was deleted.  Parent e-mail was paradisehouse@shaw.ca , accessed via paradisehouse1@shaw.ca 

Everything is gone, how can I get it back?  How much money do you want??  That is 10 years for work
