When I checked my Trello App in my phone, I was not able to access it immediately. Instead, I was prompted to log-in. So, I did, but I noticed that from the last board that I was using, which is what I usually use, all of the cards disappeared except the last card that I was using. I checked all my other boards and the cards there are intact. The missing cards are very important to me. I have compiled it over the years and now it is all gone except for one. What might have happened? Is there any way to retrieve them?

Hi @Eujean Tariman

It sounds like the card might be archived, deleted, or potentially associated with a different account.

I can understand the frustration of accidentally deleting a card. Unfortunately, it isn't possible to recover deleted cards. What we suggest is that you make sure that the card has not been archived: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/archiving-and-deleting-cards/

 Archived cards can be unarchived.

If the card was deleted, rather than archived, we'd suggest trying to recreate the card from your memory of what was on it, or from screenshots/exports that you might still have on your device. Or potentially email notifications that had information about the card details.

Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns, and we'd be happy to help.
