My cards are duplicating and I can't figure out why

When I create a card, all is good, but when I log in the next time I have multiple cards - about 42 this morning for one of my cards - with the exact same content on the same board in the same list.

I have a Zapier task set up to move cards with specified due dates to a certain board and a certain list. Could that have something to do with the duplicates? 

In an instance today, I created a card that ended up reproducing - that didn't have anything to do with Zapier.

@Laurie Bollig do you have any Butler rules set upon the board? You can look in your Butler usage log to see what is creating the cards. You can also look at the Board Activity Feed to see which user is creating the cards, and if you're not personally doing it, you can go into your settings and revoke access to any apps in there which may be taking action on your behalf via the API.

Iain, I think it was either Butler or a Zapier integration. I've cancelled both for awhile and the issue has not happened since. I appreciate your input.
