My account has been deactivated

My personal free account has been deactivated. How can I find out the reason and fix the problem? I think it may be because I stayed in the Russian Federation for a while due to regional policies, but that was only for a short period and I moved away a few years ago. I still want to use my email for Trello. Is it possible to resolve this issue, or at least get 24-hour access to recover my old data?
