Hi,

I activated Trello Standard, but my workspace still shows as Free.

What I’m noticing:

  • I don’t have access to features that should be included in Standard (unlimited automations, custom fields, full calendar view).

  • In the automation menu, there is no option for calendar commands or advanced functions.

  • In the workspace settings, the plan still says Free.

Could you please confirm why this is happening and how I can verify if my Standard subscription is actually active?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @silvina,

Thank you for reaching out to the Trello Community!

I see you have five workspaces. One of them has been upgraded to the Standard workspace.

We do offer unlimited automations and custom fields with the Standard subscription but the calendar view is only available with the Premium and Enterprise versions of Trello.

I see you have already raised a ticket with us for automation related queries. I'll be working with you for that on the ticket.

Hope this helps!

Thanks & regards,
Lipakshi Narang

Is it possible to consolidate all my boards into the same upgraded workspace in order to access to a calendar view?

I need also to take adavante of the standard features such as due dats on checklist items and automations

Thanks in advance for your support, @Lipakshi Narang
