My Board is closed, can it be reopened?

I got this message  when opening https://trello.com/b/3RbA6eUr/css-provider-portal 

You’re a member of this board, but only board admins are able to reopen it. Please contact support for assistance.  Can it be reopened?

I have checked our records, and I can see that the board was recently closed. The board admin's account was deleted due to inactivity over the last two years, as per our Dormant account policy.

I have promoted your account as an board admin .Can you please try now to reopen the closed board and let me know if you face any issues. You can follow the steps mentioned in the doc Reopen a closed board.
