Moving a Board to a Premium Workspace and retaining card content

I need to move a board from a free Workspace to my premium account. I copied it over but it didn't bring across any of the card comments or content.

I really need to retain what is already logged into the Board - is this possible?

Oh I copied it - couldn't work out how to move it!

If you move it, you'll retain the info. Trello changed the menu some time ago so moving is a little more nested.
