Mixing Business Class and Enterprise Accounts

We are looking to deploy Trello Business class to the majority of our users in a single Team, however there are a small number of users that will be members of Teams across multiple countries.

My question is whether if we add a user with an Enterprise license to a Team that is licensed to Business Class, will the Enterprise license also cover membership of the Business Class Team or will the user be charged for both licenses?

Great question, Ian!

If a member is added who is already part of an Enterprise, that would not prevent your Business Class team from being charged for their membership.

While they might have access to Enterprise features, that would only be available on boards within that Enterprise. The same applied for your team. In order to use the Business Class features, they would still need to be on your team using your boards, so that cost is still required.
