Tentei entrar no Trello agora e era como se eu não tivesse uma conta. Foi solicitado um novo login onde coloquei o mesmo e-mail que ja usava anteriormente e a mesma senha. Quando entrei era como se fosse uma conta nova, nenhum dos meus quadros e cartões estavam mais no meu perfil. A foto do perfil também sumiu. Porém o login e exatamente o mesmo. Preciso urgente recuperar meus quadros. Como faço?

We have seen users forget which email account was used to sign up to Trello, especially if they have both a work and personal email. Could you try checking your inbox for any Trello email notifications? This should be a good indicator as to whether it was the same email you previously used for Trello. Let us know if you still can't locate the account and we can look into this further.

Hi @Patrícia Zamboni - Generally the main cause is that you're logging in to Trello using a different email address to what you originally signed up with. The best way to verify this is to go through your different email inbox, look for any old Trello email notifications and see which email address it was received on.
