My trello account uses one email and my Loom account uses another. Now that they are both part of an Atlassian account does anyone have tips on merging without losing content?

I'm afraid merge of the accounts is still not possible.
But I believe you have two possibilities:
1) As Loom has the ability to transfer content between workspaces (https://support.atlassian.com/loom/docs/transfer-content-between-workspaces/), you can create Loom workspace using the account associated with Trello and transfer the content there.
2) Add the account associated with Loom to your Trello workspace, replace the other account and remove it from the workspace.
