As a new membership regulations come, i have a question regarding that.

I am using trello for a company containing more than 40-50 persons. We have got a board with 2 admins. Others are collaborators (they create cards, adjust them and make some changes). what kind of membership is suitable for me and do we need to pay for just those who are admins of the boards or do we need to be all members of paid memberships? thanks for your answers.
