I am new to Trello. When managing yearly events, what is the best way to "re-use" the same tasks each year? I created several Trello boards for yearly events and found them very helpful. But how can I use these same cards/tasks each year? If all my tasks have due dates and/or have been marked as done, is there a way to re-set all of it? Maybe I'm looking to create a template that is copied each year.
Hi @Lisa Hansell ! Welcome to the community 😊 yes you're on the right track! One way to do it is to create board templates. Whenever you need to start planning an event, you can create a new board from your template and customize the newly created board with due dates, etc.
If you're on a premium or enterprise plan, you can convert a board to a template. Or, you could simply create a regular board, prefix it with "template" and just copy the board when needed.
