Make a cover (gif)

Hi,

I need your help.

When I upload the gif file, some of them come out as covers, but some of them don't.

It's not about capacity or frame.

I really want to solve this problem.

Help me if you have a case like this or if you know how to solve it.

I can do a few files, but I can't cover some files at all.
