Mails from Trello not received by one specific user

Hey Community,

our new colleague is neither receiving the Trello "verify your account" mail, nor the invitation mail when being added to a board. Talked to internal IT, all other colleagues get the mails from Trello without any delay or problem.

I already deleted the user from the board and added him again, same issue.
