Lost data on Trello board

Not sure what happen to our account. Listed as Bill Krause's workspace. The board name is Ordination Tracking. It had custom fields integrated in it. The data collected is now gone. Not sure if account has changed and if we can get the data back.

What happens to Custom Fields on the Free plan

Custom Fields aren’t available in Free Workspaces, but their values are not deleted if a Workspace is downgraded to the Free plan.

They will become temporarily unavailable but will come back as soon as the Workspace is upgraded to a paid plan.
