Lost access to my Trello account and old email

Hello, I lost access to the email address linked to my Trello account and I can’t log in. I need urgent help to recover the account or transfer all boards, cards and content to my new account.

Please transfer all boards, cards and content to the account: brunadiasoliverocha66@gmail.com  (please use this email to contact me).


I also need any active subscription/payment associated with the old account to be transferred to the new account (or cancelled and reissued under the new email).

New email: brunadiasoliveirarocha66@gmail.com

I can provide screenshots, proof of ownership, and payment receipts if required. Please escalate this to Trello support and contact me directly at the new email to confirm next steps. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear this. The best option currently is to contact Trello Support & submit a ticket. 

  • Visit trello.com/contact (you may need to log in with any accessible Atlassian account or use guest mode to start).
  • Select "Account and billing" or "Security and privacy" as the category.
  • Fill out the form with:
    • Old email: brunadiasibraim@hotmail.com
    • New email for contact: brunadiasoliveirarocha66@gmail.com
    • Description: Copy-paste your full query here, including the request to transfer boards/content and handle the subscription (e.g., cancel old and reissue to new).
    • Attachments: Upload your screenshots, payment receipts, and any other proof.
  • Note: They'll respond via your new email within 1-3 business days, but flag it as "urgent" in the subject. 

Support won't merge accounts automatically, but they can help with workarounds (more on that below). Refer this policy: Why Support can't grant access to your account.
