Lost access to an account and therefore lost my Trello board

After leaving my Trello board and coming back to it after a while, I've seemingly lost access to my email that was used for the Trello. I was wondering if it would be possible to regain access through admin or just a straight up have a copy of my original board. I have the details for this account, such as the email, the password (old one at that, it has been... changed since), and the Trello boards link that I was using previously.
