Lost access to admin

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hi, I noticed that being the admin of the Jira org I no longer have access to administer the organisation. I don't have the Jira administration app and when I click on settings I see "you not longer have access to Jira settings or Atlassian admin". How to resolve this?
