Dear Trello Support Team and kind members,
I am reaching out with great concern regarding a significant loss of data in my Trello account. I have recently discovered that the descriptions of most of my cards have disappeared. While not all of them are affected, a large portion is missing, which has left me extremely distressed, as I rely on Trello as a backup for important information.
This data loss is critical for me, and I am desperate for a way to retrieve my missing content. Could you please investigate this issue and advise me on any possible recovery options? If there is a way to restore previous versions of my cards or access backups, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
I would be grateful for any assistance you can provide, as this information is invaluable to me. Please let me know the next steps I should take or if you require any additional details from my end.
Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,
Vevy
Hi @Vevy - welcome to the Community!
I would recommend going through the troubleshooting steps here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/recovering-the-description-or-card-title-that-was-changed/
Hello and thank you for response. However, I assure you that I tried going through the provided troubleshooting and it does not work for the cards that had lost description. The only thing that displays is [] in the JSON data which means according to the system that there are no previous description change to retrieve. When I tried it on other card it worked well. Please let me know if the team support can solve this issue, I will be waiting for any contact.
