I have change jobs and originally created my account using the works email address. Michael.lomax@boels.co.uk.
The system is asking me for a 2FA code that has been sent to this old address... How can I recover my account please?
@mike lomax I can escalate to Atlassian to confirm but I believe you will need to work with your past employer to gain access to your Atlassian account and update the email address associated with it.

If it is to return to my past employer... that ship has sailed on the basis that even though mine at the time of employment, the email account now falls under data protection and so cannot be access by anyone in or outside of the company. :(
Is there a way of turning the 2 factor authentication off I wonder? I know my password and the Trello boards were priceless in being able to recognise and solidify information that I had floating about in my head...
Would be a huge shame if I have lost them :(
