Looking for a rule that will move the next item on the checklist to a list.

I need help with setting up a rule that will automatically move the NEXT item on a checklist to a list that I specify after I move the FIRST item on the checklist to a completed checklist.

I'm basically looking for a way to move the next action on that checklist to my task list instead of me having to go back to the original checklist.
