I’m trying to access and my account has a 2 step verification. I hit the enter button and the system brings me to the screen to type in the code sent to mail mail. But I’ve never received any mail. I’ve tried to deactivate this 2 step verification, but I couldn’t.
What should I have to do?
Email verification is used as an additional layer of security to prevent account takeovers (it cannot be turned off). The verification code is sent to the primary email. I am having a similar issue, I am getting a MFA to an email that I no longer have access to.
Unfortunately, the owner of the domain died in August. I thought I had updated the email address when I updated the one for Slack, but it looks like MFA is still going to that address.
I am still logged in on my iPhone app, but there does not seem to be a way to update my email there, even though I am already logged in.
I have the username and password and can provide other documentation that is requested. How can I regain access to the account?

If you are currently logged in on another device, then the best option would be to create a new account (using a different device/ browser) and then move/copy the boards to that new account from your old account.
