I’m trying to access and my account has a 2 step verification. I hit the enter button and the system brings me to the screen to type in the code sent to mail mail. But I’ve never received any mail. I’ve tried to deactivate this 2 step verification, but I couldn’t.
What should I have to do?
Email verification is used as an additional layer of security to prevent account takeovers (it cannot be turned off). The verification code is sent to the primary email.
