I literally cannot find my main account. I have tried every single email address and I cannot find it. HELP!
Hi! Don't worry, accounts don't usually disappear, but they can become "hidden" due to email aliases or SSO redirects. Here is a checklist to find your main account:
Search Your Inboxes for "Atlassian": Go through every email account you own and search for "Welcome to Atlassian" or "Jira/Trello notification." The email address that received these is your Atlassian ID.
Try the "Site URL" Method: Do you remember the name of your site (e.g., your-company.atlassian.net)? Try to visit that URL directly. If you can see the login page, it might give you a hint or show a "Continue as [Name]" button.
Check Browser Auto-fill: Go to your browser settings (Chrome/Safari/Edge) and look at your Saved Passwords. Search for "Atlassian" or "Trello." The saved username there is often the one you are looking for.
The "Invitation" Trick: If you have colleagues who were on the same board/site, ask them to check the "Users" list or a ticket you commented on. They can see exactly which email address is associated with your profile.
Look for Work vs. Personal Confusion: If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), your account might be tied to a work email you forgot you linked, or vice-versa.
Important Link: You can try to log in at id.atlassian.com with each email. Once logged in, go to the "Products" tab to see which sites are linked to that specific email.
