Login problem

Hello, I have been having a problem with my trello account since I had to create an Atlassian account.

My account is thomasgomis1 normally associated with the email address thomas.gomis@synergiefamily.com. However when I connect with this address I do not arrive on my account but on an account named thomasgomis2.

I receive notifications of card changes on my thomas.gomis@synergiefamily.com email address without being able to access it.

How can I get my account back please?
