Login failure, email adress no longer in use

Hi, 

We have a problem. We cannot login in our Trello anymore because our account was deactivated. But our emailadress that is shown in not an emailadress that still excist. How can we still get al of out info from Trello with our new emailadress?

Hope anyone can help!

I hope you’re doing well, and welcome to the community!

I understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to your Trello boards, especially if your account is deactivated and you no longer have access to your email. Unfortunately, since email is the primary method of verification for Trello, its not possible to access your boards without it.

However, there is a possible workaround:

  • If your boards had other members: Please try reaching out to any of them and ask if they can add your new account to those boards. This way, you’ll be able to regain access to your data using your new account.
