Guten Tag

Ich kann mich nicht mehr einloggen! Habe schon mehrmals das Passwort neu angefordert und geändert. Es heisst danach immer wieder E-Mail oder Passwort nicht richtig!?

Woran liegt das Problem?

Hi @imarconi ,

Welcome to community !

After reviewing your  account, I’ve noticed that your Atlassian accounts are managed by your organisation.This means that all emails with the unibe.ch domain that create accounts with Atlassian will be added to this organization, and the organization admin will have administrative control over these accounts rather than the users themselves. 

You can reach out to one of your organization admins  and they can help you further with this .
