I'm unable to access my TRELLO boards on either my phone or my laptop. The screen on my iphone is completely blank like this background when I go back to Apple and "open" the app. On my laptop, I get a request for
Two Factor Authentication
"Please use the application on your phone to generate a code"
and below that I need to add a code, only I'm not aware I ever set up a Two-way authentication code, nor how I access it given that I can no longer access Trello on my phone (I didn't know where to look even when I had access, up until yesterday when I somehow got logged out).
Is there a way to request new password or new two-way authentication code ? I use TRELLO for everything and am so lost without all the data on there.

When you login do you see a "continue with Google?" or do you enter email and password?
If you use: https://id.atlassian.com/login, do you see a "try another way" or "Can't use your authentication app?"? And if so, do you have an option for "Send verification via email"?
If that does't work I recommend to contact Atlassian Support under: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
No, I do not get those options, only a fill in that requires a Two-Factor Authentication" code, which I don't know how to get or to reset, nor any opiton to reset it.
I've tried contacting support also through that link and it asks me,
"What is the site URL of your app within your organization?"
Which I also don't have, since I've been using it for personal use
Aaahhhhhhhhh
How do I contact support for this please?
