Hi! We have a few former employees whose have received emails stating that they must log into trello by November 16 or their trello data will be deleted. Both of these accounts have contributed to trello boards that are actively used by current employees.
What will happen on 11/16/25? Will their comments, uploads, etc. be deleted from shared boards and cards? If they opened the board, will those disappear even though the boards themselves are actively being utilized by current employees?

Hello, with the deletion, private contents(board/card) created by the account will be deleted(contents not shared with others). Shared content will be preserved tho, including comments added to shared contents.
