I need help regaining access to my Trello account.
I have an Atlassian account with two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, and I can successfully log in and validate my identity with Atlassian 2FA. However, when I try to access Trello, the system asks for a separate, legacy Trello 2FA code. I no longer have access to my old Trello 2FA device or recovery codes, so I am completely locked out.
I have tried all available recovery options on the login page, but none of them work for my situation. I also noticed that direct support is not available for free plan users, so I am turning to the Community for advice.
Has anyone experienced this issue or found a way to resolve it? Is there any way to reset or bypass the legacy Trello 2FA, given that my Atlassian account is already secured with 2FA?
