First I would separate whether you are locked out of your Trello/Atlassian account, or whether you can still log in but lost access to that board.

If it is the account itself, start with the normal account recovery path and password reset. If the account was created with Google sign-in, try that exact login method again as well.

If you can log in but only the board is missing, then this is more likely a board/workspace access issue, and another board or workspace admin would need to check whether you were removed and add you back. Trello support also cannot manually grant access to an account or make someone admin for security reasons.
