Locked out of account due to Two-Step Verification (2FA)

Hello,

I am unable to log into my Trello/Atlassian account because it is requesting a code from the Atlassian Authenticator app, which I no longer have access to. I also do not have my emergency recovery codes.

Current Status:

• I am still logged into the Trello app on my mobile device.

• However, I cannot change any security settings or disable 2FA from the app, as it requires the authentication code for any security-related changes.

• I am stuck in a loop where I cannot verify my identity to manage my account.

Request: Please help me disable or reset the Two-Step Verification for my account so I can regain access.
