Locked Out of Trello — Old Email Address No Longer Exists, No Support Response

Hi everyone,

I urgently need help regaining access to my Trello account, but I’ve hit a wall with support.

Here’s the situation:

  • The email address associated with my Trello account has been permanently closed for several years.

  • Because of this, I can’t reset my password or receive any recovery emails. At the time, I forgot to update the email on file.

  • I’ve reached out to advocates@atlassian.com and info@e.atlassian.com more than a week ago, but I’ve received no response at all.


It’s incredibly frustrating that Atlassian offers no real support option for such a critical account access issue. I need the email on file updated so I can log back in and regain access to my board.

Has anyone here experienced something similar or found a way to get through to Atlassian for this type of problem?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
