Hi all,
I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar and might have some advice.
I unintentionally created two Trello accounts—one tied to my personal email (which has a Premium subscription), and another tied to my former work email. I had intended to just add a second email to my personal account, but instead ended up creating a completely separate one.
My workplace didn’t use Trello officially, but I was using it to demonstrate its value on a couple of team projects. Separately, I also started doing some volunteer work for my church and created a hiring board on that second account, which I shared with several church members.
Unfortunately, I was recently laid off and can no longer access the work email associated with that second Trello account. I’ve tried reaching out to Trello support but so far have only received automated responses from their AI.
Has anyone run into this before or found a way to recover access to a Trello account tied to a now-inaccessible work email? I’d really hate to lose all the work we’ve done on that hiring board.
Appreciate any suggestions!
