I’m currently locked out of my Trello account due to two-factor authentication (2FA) being sent to an old email address that I never updated. Unfortunately, the domain associated with that email is no longer active, so I can’t receive the 6-digit verification code required to log in.
I didn't enable 2FA on my account so I presume this has been a change made to Trello itself.
I still have access to all previous correspondence from Trello in my inbox and I know the correct username and password. I just can't complete the 2FA step.
Is there any way to temporarily disable 2FA so I can log in and update my email address?
This is especially urgent because I have an important board titled "To Do" that contains detailed plans for my upcoming work.
Thanks in advance for any help or guidance!
Hello @Matt P and welcome to the Community! I have requested assistance from Support on your behalf.
I am experiencing exactly the same issue as Matt P, above. How can I log a support ticket with the Atlassian team, please? I have my username and password, but the OTP is being sent to email of a company that doesn't exist anymore.

I'm having a similar issue. @Melani De Vos can you please create a support ticket for me as well?

Could you also help me to get a ticket please
I am contacting you from a Trello workspace where one of our members is completely locked out of his account.
He successfully reset his password but the two-step verification code from the authenticator app is always rejected.
He can no longer access Trello on any device (MacBook or phone).
This account contains all our professional projects so it is urgent that he regains access.
Could you please help us ?
Thank you.
